About Dawnyelle Holsinger

Dawnyelle has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2008. She quickly became part of the top 20% in her office and then moved onto the top 20% of the Centre County REALTORS®. In 2018, Dawnyelle took on the Team Leader Position at Keller Williams Advantage Realty. As a firm believer in education, she became the Chair of the Education Committee at the Centre County Association of REALTORS® and then moved onto Chair of the MLS Committee before finally serving a term as President in 2020. 

In the summer of 2021, Dawnyelle made the bold career move to start working alongside her husband to help grow their business, JRT Painting & Remodeling. Two years later, she and Tim are now designing projects together. In 2023 Dawnyelle joined her close friend & fellow REALTOR®, Kristin O’Brien, and became the Renovation Expert on the Kristin O’Brien Team. Now Dawnyelle works closely with clients that are interested in purchasing their home through one of the many renovation loan programs that allow buyers to tie their renovations into their home loans.

She helps clients find the right home and uses her knowledge & experience in the field to discuss options for renovations, then assists in the offer process. Once you have found your home, Dawnyelle comes in with JRT Painting & Remodeling to work on a design and plan to fit your budget, needs, & timeline. Throughout the process, she works closely with our approved lenders & subcontractors to help the process go seamlessly from start to finish.

When she isn't working, Dawnyelle enjoys being outdoors - skiing, hiking, riding her Harley, and being with her family. She's also an animal lover who raises chickens at her Bellefonte home.
