There is a lot at stake: money and time along with your happiness, so choose well.

STAGE YOUR HOME AND GET PHOTOS TAKEN. Staging a home makes it easier for buyers to recognize when a house meets their expectations, while a lack of staging could mean that a buyer is unable to visualize the space—and what it can become—in relation to their vision. If needed, we will arrange for a stager to help prep your home for photos. Then, our professional photographer will shoot interiors and exteriors to be used for your listing and all of our marketing materials!
  3. PRICING, MARKETING, AND SHOWINGS. Our top-notch marketing practices are one of our team's biggest offerings for home sellers! We use multiple forms of marketing including email, signage, social media, video tours, website, and more. After your listing goes live, marketing takes off and showings will start coming in! Our team will prep you for showings and give you plenty of tips to prepare for agents and potential buyers entering your home.
  4. OFFERS AND NEGOTIATIONS. Showings have happened, and we have interested buyers! They will put in an offer, and our team will work with the buyer agent on the other side to negotiate to get you the best possible deal on your home. It's important to have a trustworthy agent on your side through this step, and always.
  5. APPRAISAL, INSPECTIONS, AND REPAIRS. Once an offer is accepted, it's time to move into contract-to-close! Our team will lead you through the steps to the closing table: appraisal, then home inspections, and next: any needed repairs you need to complete prior to the new owners moving in.
