STAGING AND HOME PREPARATION
We're excited to offer a FREE staging consultation as part of our listing agreement. A professional home stager can offer you simple, inexpensive tips to improve the look and feel of your home for buyers.
In a 2019 NAR study on home staging, it was reported that 83% of buyer's agents said staging a home made it easier for a buyer to visualize the property as a future home.
Staged homes spend 72% less time on the market according to a study from the Real Estate Staging Association. Buyers are more likely to make quick offers on homes that look attractive and feel move-in-ready.
Staging helps homes appear bigger, brighter, cleaner, & more inviting. Most buyers make decisions about the property they see within the first 15 minutes of entering the home - first impressions matter.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY
We have professional real estate photographers available to take between 20-50 high-quality photos of your home when you list with us. Homes with more photos sell faster, which makes sense because buyers are doing more online research than ever before.
The more buyers can find ahead of time, the better your chances of getting your home sold quickly. According to a National Association of Realtors 2017 study, homes with one photo spent an average of 70 days on the market, but a home with 20 photos spent 32 days on the market.
Not only do professional photographs help you sell your home quickly, but it can also help you get a better deal, too. For homes in the $200,000-$1 million range, those that include high-quality photography in their listings sell for $3,000-$11,000 more.

OPEN HOUSES
First Time Home Buyers made up 34% of buyers in 2021. Open Houses can give your home additional exposure, especially to first-timers, who may just be beginning their home search. If your property would benefit from an Open House, we'll do everything to help you prepare and have an agent there the whole time to monitor your home and answer questions that the attendees may have.
