Bald Eagle Area School District is a rural public school district located in the northern portion of Centre County. The Mission of the Bald Eagle Area School District is to “provide all students with academically challenging educational experiences and opportunities to grow into responsible lifelong learners and productive contributors to our global society.”
With four elementary schools, a combined junior-senior high school, and an online Cyber-academy, this close knit district is like a family. Their mascot is the Eagle, and their school colors are blue and gold. BEA draws students from the nearby towns of Port Matilda, Julian, Unionville, Milesburg, Howard, and Snow Shoe.
