From Day 1 we felt like we were Kristin's only clients. All questions were answered quickly and knowledgeably - She really took the time to get to know us, what we wanted in a house, what we didn't want, and where we felt comfortable budget-wise. She set up our home search and any time we found a house we wanted to see, she was right on it setting up the showing. We never had to wait more than a day or two to see a house and when it came to THE house, she was in top form, meeting with us on a Sunday morning to get all the paperwork drafted and sent to submit our offer. She was right by our rise throughout the whole process - showings, making the offer, home inspections, closing.
